These smaller white cucumbers are good fresh or pickled. The heirloom variety is called Boothys Blonde.
These cukes are great in a refrigerator pickle recipe– have better than store bought pickles in just 24 hours.
Add some of my Walla Wall onions and fresh dill (on the way) to your recipe. I found that once the pickles were gone I kept the brine and started adding onions only and snap peas. The pickled onions minced up went great in guacamole.
