Japanese shishito pepper for cooking or salads.
These peppers are thin walled, mild (no heat). Popular in Japan where its thin walls make it particularly suitable for tempura. Also very good in stir fries or sautés. Thinly sliced, the red fruits are excellent in salads and coleslaw.
These are green but I am going to let some ripen to red for additional options.
