Description
I grew the luffas, then made a clear glycerin based soap log, and sliced it through. This soap lathers up nicely. On this batch I added a hint of lavender oil but is very mild. My next batch will be stronger. There may be a seed or two in the bar.
An interesting fact about luffas (aside from the fact that they do not come from the ocean) is that they are edible. When under 6″ long they tast like a sweet zucchini.
The price is per bar. The bar measures about 3″ in diameter by 1″ thick.
