Description
I am growing two kinds of heirloom hardneck garlic this year. Both have great flavor. Grocery store garlic is usually softneck which stores a little longer but has less flavor. Hardneck garlic still lasts for several months but has much better flavor. Incidentally, a lot of grocery store garlic is now grown in China.
